**Senior Account Manager**

We are working with a leading Toxicology and Regulatory Compliance company who are looking for someone with a strong background and experience in Account Management and a good level of understanding in product safety and compliance as well as the cosmeticsindustry more broadly. The company are looking for someone from a Business Administration, sales or related background, who will use their prior knowledge and experience to manage the existing and futures needs of key accounts, at the same time upholding the highest standards. Youwill need to be able to demonstrate

**Job Duties**:

- To be the main point of contact for all aspects of scheduling work, organising service delivery, monitoring accounts and invoicing.
- Manages Account communication lines (mailbox, phones, diary etc.)
- To maintain excellent customer service and communication with the key account.
- Proactively organise/chase future work and identify new business opportunities with the Accounts (New product launches, training courses etc.) and record in CRM.
- To progress the Account projects daily/weekly to ensure progression, identifying potential delays, missing data, and resourcing issues.
- To give the Account weekly progress updates on all the live projects/quotations.
- To chase missing data from manufacturers and suppliers when applicable to ensure project progress
- To work alongside administration and delivery teams to triage/prepare data ready for review by delivery teams.
- To fully understand, and work to, the Accounts upcoming deadlines and critical path milestones to enable better project management and prioritisation.
- To host regular calls with the Account to assess their needs and hold account/service reviews, taking minutes and actions.
- Raising quotations
- Alongside sales team, help to negotiate and close new pricing structures, contracts, and agreements.
- Alongside Finance and Accounts, Debt and, invoicing reconciliation
- Regular reporting to Account and executives
- Ensure Account Information is frequently maintained (key contacts, company information etc).

**Job Requirements**:

- Have BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Willing to travel when required to meet the needs of the Account.
- High integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance
- Demonstrate a good understanding of service and product knowledge, therefore a pass rate of 60% or above on the annual compliance test will be required for this role.
