GiBe Finance are delighted to be supporting a fast-paced business in Camberley, recruiting a Senior Management Accountant on a 3m temporary contract, to cover a piece of permanent recruitment.

Reporting into the Financial Controller and managing a team of 2, you will have responsibility for the monthly management accounts for the UK business.

There is also the potential to convert temp to perm if suitable.

**The Role**
- Responsible for timely and accurate management information with supporting analysis, enabling effective decision making and improvements by commercial teams, including (but not limited to):

- Daily and weekly sales and weekly P&L to gross margin
- Monthly Management Accounts with analyses and commentary
- Review of overhead spend and variance analysis with analyses and conclusions drawn
- Provision of information to budget holders and Financial Controller
- Drive improvements in the business through monthly spend reviews
- Line management of the Management Accountant and Accounts Assistant, ensuring all duties are carried out in a thorough and timely manner
- Ownership of accounting for revenue from 3 divisions
- Management of the Accounts Receivable function through the supervision of the Accounts Assistant
- Responsible for cost of sales accounting and reconciling the inventory values with the point-of-sale and factory reports
- Maintain tracker of the new sites and assigning new codes for cost centres opened
- Take the lead and project lead on behalf of Finance in the implementation of projects as required, ensuring the wider finance team is kept informed of developments, trained where necessary and all finance requirements are met, in relation to the rollout
- Liaison with parent company to ensure required management information is provided
- Liaison with FP&A team for reporting on budget and forecast data
- General support across the finance team where needed
- Work with the FP&A team and BI team in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and system generated reports
- Responsible for the balance sheet reconciliations for revenue and inventory
- Responsible to provide information to the audit requests from the parent and local auditors

**Your Profile**
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CA)
- Effective communicator - written & verbally
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
