Customer Service Administrator

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Input orders into AX with a high level of accuracy for Trade Counter Sales and Trade Centre Customers
- Service existing customers informing the relevant account manager of any issues as appropriate
- Order products and chase deliveries
- Raise Purchase Orders for Suppliers in conjunction with Trade Centre Supervisor
- Send out pro-forma invoices and receipts as required
- Work with the Trade Centre Supervisor and Regional Sales Director to generate customer quotes for products
- Maintain kitchen supplies and ensure that the Depot is clean, tidy and safe
- Update and prepare any displays within the trade counter
- Monitor franking machine credits
- Label and replenish all stock for Trade Counter
- Maintain level of barcodes
- Grow and expand the product range when necessary
- Gather supplies or car stock for shows/seminars/reps
- Stock counting
- Update databases and manage stock locations in conjunction with Trade Centre Supervisor
- Support other colleagues using your technical knowledge and experience
- Liaise with the Customer Service Manager in Bolton as required
- Occasional support in the warehouse may be required, full training will be provided if this is needed
To be successful as our Customer Service Administrator and Trade Counter Assistant you will need to have good PC skills including Word, Outlook and Excel. You should have proven customer service skills gained over the phone and face to face. Previous administrationexperience and a confident and professional approach as you will be dealing with a variety of trade customers. A positive and professional telephone manner and used to working in a busy environment with changing priorities.
