We can offer a salary up to £24k plus bonus, plus benefits, free parking and an excellent team working environment along with Mon to Fri working hours.

As a Payroll Administrator you will be ensuring multiple client payrolls are paid accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be performing key administration functions for the company amongst others within the payroll team. You will be responsible forliaising with clients and third party providers.
- Preparing payroll data and ensuring weekly payrolls are processed accurately and on time
- Invoicing clients
- Sending weekly reports to HMRC -Filing FPS and EPS returns.
- Ensuring all Account Details are kept up to date including Tax Code changes/ Pensions & Student Loans
- Processing P60’s & P45’s
- Processing attachment of earning payments (where necessary)
- Process BACS payments.
- Set up new starters, ensuring the correct documentation is received to comply with Home Office legislation
- Recording and calculating SSP. SMP, SSP SHPP etc

To be successful you should have the below skills
- Work well towards tight deadlines
- Have fantastic attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prioritisation skills and the ability to switch from one task to another are also key competencies.
- Strong administrative skills and a good work ethic.
- Good MS Excel skills
