We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Customer Service individual to join our small team based in our office in Redditch. Here you will work alongside passionate, enthusiastic professionals who are dedicated to excellence and thrive on a “can-do” attitude.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Our aim is to provide the best possible customer service to each and every customer, which includes;
- Administration support: analyse data and support various administration tasks.
- Prepare and despatch customer Invoices.
- Maintain and orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Operate and follow service procedures, policies and standards.
- Improve customer experience by engagement and building relationships.
- Support the external Sales Representatives and Engineers with enquiries.
- Representing the company values.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.

**Skills and Experience**
- Able to work quickly and accurately.
- Capable of planning workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong client and colleague relationship skills.
- Experience in Navision ERP system preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Cutting Tools desired but not essential.
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills/experience essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
