WS Transportation are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Redditch. It will be your responsibility to oversee the customer experience with WS Transportation. We aim to give all customers a first-class service and we need our customer service team to be passionate about delivering these service levels.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Delivering excellent customer service to all WS customers.
- Accurate and timely data entry and job creation onto our TMS System.
- Work as part of the customer service team to create a best-in-class experience for WS customers.
- Communicate professionally and effectively both internally and externally to ensure our customers’ needs are met.
- Dealing with customer phone calls in a professional and effective manner.
- Making outbound calls as well as taking incoming calls all day

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent user of IT systems.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Detail orientated.
- 50 hours a week, paid for 45, 1 hour unpaid break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50 per hour
