So, this really could be the start of a brilliant and rewarding career Some of our apprentices say "Working at Home Group enables me to earn while I learn and without university debt” and "I would happily tell anyone thinking of becoming an apprentice that it provides a worthwhile qualification and experience that could lead to a very good career". **About the role** The role is an Apprentice Administrator supporting the HAP team as well as our colleagues Nationally by covering the inbox as well as checking and uploading new completed workbooks, approving new registrations, claiming certificates and general enquiries. This is a unique role within Home Group and is Hybrid working. You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about supporting customers to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements. To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’. Our manager is Gillian Hall, who has worked for Home Group for 7 years, and joined as the Home Achievement Programme CSM at the beginning of 2020. There are three of us in the team and we don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too Eleanore is our Support Coordinator; who joined the team at the end of 2019. We are all very passionate about the programme. Your academic learning will be delivered by one of our specialist apprenticeship providers and you will receive support from an experienced tutor as well as from within your own team.
