Host Apprentice - Operations - Customer Service (Customer Only) Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne (local office with Hybrid Working) 15 months duration (with career progression opportunities available) Full Time (37.5hpw) Pay from £6.83 to £9.50 per hour depending on your age (plus you’ll achieve an accredited professional qualification - which we pay for and give you time to study towards - how awesome) **Shaping our future with brilliant apprentices That’s when it hits home.** At Home Group, we’re building for the future. We’ll work together to deliver a cracking workspace experience through fun and meaningful events at the freshest workspace in town, One Strawberry Lane. Your super sparkly personality is really going to impress our colleagues, visitors and community sector. You’ll build confidence as you go and learn to adapt to each person’s needs seamlessly. She’s just started Stranger Things, so no spoilers please Your academic learning will be delivered by one of our specialist apprenticeship providers and you will receive support from an experienced tutor as well as from within your own team. You’ll be given time to attend all learning sessions and to complete your studies whilst having access to the learning materials and practical experience that will make a success of your apprenticeship. **Who we’re looking for** We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop within a role that is very customer focused but which also has admins tasks that require attention not detail and good organization skills. We’d also like you to have good IT skills but hey, this is an apprenticeship, so we’ll teach you all you need to know.
