We are looking for a talented, driven and ambitious apprentice who wants to develop a career in business. We are a growing company based in Ouseburn, the successful apprentice has the chance, upon completion of the apprenticeship, to progress quickly within the company.

**Your Role**:

- Collect and input company data
- Speak to suppliers to resolve queries on customer accounts
- Liaise with staff in other departments and external contacts
- Following up enquiries on behalf of customers
- Analyse Statistical Data
- Logging Invoices
- Copying and printing of various documents
- Keep diaries and arrange appointments
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Provide general office support
- Driven and self-motivated to succeed
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Organised
- Have good time management and able to work to deadlines

**Salary**: £6.10 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
