To help us in achieving these ambitious goals, we are looking for experienced, committed and passionate individuals to deliver exceptional design and presentation support to a Top 10 law firm.

Based at the Intelligent Services Centre in Glasgow, the Design and Presentation Specialist will be part of a Design and Presentation Service that generates creative and high quality presentations. The D&P Specialist will play an integral role in the successful launch, implementation and promotion of this new creative service, working side by side an existing team who provide document production and administrative services. The role will involve building and maintaining a productive workflow, working within tight time schedules, as well as building great relationships with the service users.

The main duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- PowerPoint: creation of dynamic and compelling internal and external visuals
- Design and visualisation: transforming Excel data/Word documents into dynamic presentations, diagrams or dashboards using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign and Illustrator
- Generating data visuals/dashboards from Excel, formatting, graphs, pivot tables, conditional formatting, formatting to PDF for print
- Accurately interpreting complex fee earner briefs and produce documents within the required timescales.
- General document production: producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, faxes, deeds and attachments etc from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the client’s specific systems/procedures
- Proactively building relationships and promoting the service and capabilities of the Presentation and Design Service to increase adoption of the service
- Taking part in all aspects of service and workflow, ensuring that agreed service levels are maintained and exceeded where possible, continually looking for ways in which service levels can be developed and improved

To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual who is:

- Self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example
- Able to prioritise, problem solve and deliver under pressure
- Exceptional technical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools
- Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating expert level in PowerPoint 2010 including use of multiple masters, branded colour themes, animations and actions
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe and InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Quick learner with attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral
- Experience in the banking and law sectors would be advantageous.
