In 2024, they were acquired by a major engineering group, strengthening their capability in low-carbon and sustainable design and providing significant investment for expansion across England and Wales. The organisation have recently moved into a modern space with capacity for 40+ workstations. The team is diverse and collaborative, with excellent retention and a strong focus on professional development. Hybrid working is standard (typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home), and the company actively supports chartership, leadership training, and mentoring. Your new role You will join the electrical engineering team delivering a wide range of projects across education, healthcare, commercial, cultural, and residential sectors.
