About the Role
As Design Manager, you'll be the single point of accountability for design delivery from concept to completion. This isn't just coordination-it's leadership. You'll drive decisions, resolve issues, and ensure every design element aligns with project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
Take full ownership of the design process-from concept through delivery
Lead coordination across all disciplines and manage approvals
Proactively tackle design risks and dependencies to keep the project on track
Engage stakeholders and secure commitment to design requirements
Champion value engineering and innovation without compromising complianceWhat We're Looking For:
Strong background in Project Management or Engineering
5+ years managing design on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
