We are looking to recruit at least 2 great Support Workers to join our team based in Blackbrook area (WA11). The role is to support a fantastic 7-and-a-half-year-old boy living at home with his loving parents.

You will support him at home, in school, and in the wider community. He leads a full and enjoyable life. He is good at communicating and gets about in his motorised wheelchair. He loves school and attends every day.

This boy and his family are looking for someone, bubbly, positive & able to support him with his social, emotional and clinical needs. You will be part of a committed and fantastic team, who he loves.

**We are looking for people who are either**:

- Simply looking for a change of direction from your current role & want to commit to caring or simply joining the care sector for the first time.
- Who want to work with one extremely happy little boy and his family, supporting him in all aspects of his daily life?
- Who maybe looking for a career in nursing but need to build substantial experience.

**The Applicant**:

- Must be able to work days, evenings, waking nights and weekends (mixed Team Rota i.e. not all nights & not every weekend)
- Hold a full UK driving license (Essential, as driving his Motability car is required)
- Confident in using mobile apps?, required to access all company's information needed to complete work tasks & Training.
- You must be caring & passionate about supporting people.
- Be fluent and clear in using English language

- Salary: Min £22,000 pr yr - 40 hrs (rising to £24,000 p yr in Apr 23)
