Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organise files, documents, and records to maintain an orderly office environment.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite and other relevant software.
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide support in bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with various administrative projects as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
**Other Information**
- Salary - up to £24,000 p/a depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave per year, plus 8 bank holidays
Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
