Secretary/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Assist in the preparation of documents for our clients
Maintain and organise physical and electronic filing systems.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.44-£11.95 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
