We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaning Estate Operative to join our team at JPC By Samsic. As an established cleaning and facilities management company, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with exceptional service and creating a pristine and comfortable environment for all. As the Cleaning Estate Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our client's estate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out all cleaning duties as per the cleaning schedule, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Ensure all areas of the estate, including lobbies, hallways, staircases, and common areas, are kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Emptying and disposing of waste bins and replacing bin liners.
- Using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to sanitize and disinfect surfaces.
- Responsible for the upkeep of cleaning equipment and reporting any faults or maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to any guest or client requests or complaints regarding cleaning in a professional and friendly manner.
- Report any safety hazards or potential damages to the estate to the supervisor.
- Following health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism while interacting with clients and guests.

Shift Hours
- Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and guests professionally.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to follow them at all times.
