**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for a passionate and customer focused Estate Security Supervisor to join our incredible Security team at Pan Pacific London who will oversee the security function of One Bishopsgate Plaza.

**JOB SUMMARY**

To perform the security function of One Bishopsgate Plaza in accordance with the companies’ rules and regulations. Your tasks as an Estate Security Supervisor will include but not be limited to:

- To oversee the day-to-day security function of One Bishopsgate Plaza
- To supervise the security team and support with the delivery of training
- To liaise with all stakeholders on matters relating to fire life safety and security
- To patrol the estate, including documented fire route patrols
- To manage access control to various stakeholders
- To manage all key control
- To be fully conversant in the use of security systems i.e. CCTV, access control etc.
- To assist in escorting any persons acting undesirably off the premises
- To support the loading bay logistics team and receipt of parcels for the private residences
- To manage lost and found property, maintaining records and dealing with enquiries
- To deal with any fire life safety, security, health & safety and emergency incidents
- To report any hazards / safety concerns to management and stakeholders
- Incident / Accident report writing
- To attend and complete all training stipulated by management
