Saltire are delighted to be recruiting for an Admin Team Leader to provide supervision, support and advice within the admin team. You will manage the day to day operational aspects of the admin team and ensure the effective and efficient running of the admin department providing a great customer experience.

**Primary Responsibilities/ Accountabilities**

Coach & develop the skills and knowledge levels of team members

Manage performance

Accountable for meeting departmental objectives

Ensure quality monitoring of calls are being carried out regularly and actions followed up

Ensure regular training is being carried out on processes

Carry out weekly/monthly client reports

Ensure all legislative paperwork is logged, sent to clients / customers / tenants in line with the contractual obligations

Ensure letters / phone calls are made to tenants in advance of their appointments within agreed contractual timescales

Deal with complaints from clients, tenant or customers

Be part of the standby out of hours team (on a rotational basis)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
