Anderson Knight is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established business in South Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced and motivated Helpdesk Team Leader. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of administrators, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service delivery.
- Review and improve existing processes to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
- Manage more complex administrative tasks, providing hands-on support when necessary.
- Ensure all records, files, and databases are accurately maintained and kept up-to-date.
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for new and existing team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and set team goals.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative leadership or office management role is essential.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, driving high levels of performance.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an excellent eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
