Artemis Human Capital are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator on behalf of a Financial Services Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for the smooth progression of your mortgage case pipeline, ensuring all the necessary documents are received and completed within an efficient time frame. Every member of the team plays a key role in the success of the customer journey, the brokerage prides itself on having a friendly culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.

Duties
- Liaise with Mortgage Advisors, Clients and Solicitors to ensure smooth case progression
- Accurately input and manage documents and information
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance
- Update Mortgage Advisors on case progress

Criteria
- Experienced Mortgage Administrator (Desirable but not essential) OR
- Experience in Financial Service industry administration (Essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good communication skills & polite telephone manner
- Great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and be highly motivated and organised

**Benefits**:

- Up to £28,000 OTE
- Private medical Insurance
- 35 hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
