**Mortgage Administrator - Belfast BT3**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a PartTime **Mortgage Administrator**to join a partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in Belfast BT3.

Our highly valued AR partner are a small yet successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business.

The partner business is a long established and very busy Mortgage and Protection advisory business.

The firm are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner to join their Belfast based team. The role is office based.

We are looking for an absolute minimum of 2 year recent independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business.

Competitive salary package of **£23,000 - £25,000 DOE negotiable and is the Full Time Equivalent (FTE)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
