Fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-established company in Coventry as an Account Opening Executive You must have previous sales experience (account management, business development, recruitment or similar).

The purpose of the role is to prepare and implement the seamless opening of corporate and private accounts (spot, forward and options trading) in line with company procedures and AML. To research and identify shareholders in businesses who have a stake of over 25%. You will be given warm leads (No cold calling) who are expecting a call and to then convert. Ensure corporate account welcome packs are completed in full and dispatched to clients. Provide up to date analysis on account opening rates and standards.

£21,000 - £23,000 basic DOE with quarterly commission OTE 30k+

Monday to Friday (Office based) rotating shift pattern 8.30-5.30 / 9-6

Main Duties but not limited to;
- First point of contact to customers looking to open an account ensuring a 5* service
- Preparation for opening of new corporate and private accounts
- Responsible for ensuring the accurate and swift opening of new corporate and private spot, forward and options accounts
- Investigate and identify the beneficial ownership chain of corporate clients
- Liaise with Managing and Financial Directors to clarify company ownership structures and request additional documents to fulfil KYC requirements
- Provide administrative and sales support to the Corporate Sales Team
- Use appropriate questioning and negotiating skills to understand customer requirements, and meet expectations
- Proactively upsell our portfolio of products
- Ensure all documentation is complete and in line with company policy and maintain company standards
- Prepare and send corporate account welcome packs ensuring all documentation is uploaded, recorded and scanned correctly
- Keep corporate and private account opening rejection rates to a minimum
- Dive into our client database, to uncover missed or reactivation opportunities
- Handle and reporting complaints
