Sales Administrator

Leading UK children’s toy company, established over 30 years, have a new vacancy to join their busy client account team as a Client Coordinator to help with the smooth running of some of their large UK & American retail clients. You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment (working with a super friendly team - sense of humour is a must for this role).
You will be a key team member within a global brand, enjoy a truly collaborative culture and have the ability to take on additional projects as the company have exciting growth plans:
- Assist Account Management team with a variety of customer sales administration, creating customer quotes, document and system management and completing customer set-up forms.
- Manage the inhouse studio space; assisting with audio equipment in the studio during customer video meetings (don’t worry - all training will be given)
- Gain in-depth knowledge of each customer’s sales portal, taking ownership to provide up-to-date information
- Providing support to your customers via day to day contact with retail merchandisers, buyers administrators, and key client insights
- Provide after sales information to a variety of client
- Suggest the company’s products or services to enhance client satisfaction, and recommending alternative products when items are out of stock.
- Manage small portfolio of independent customers - follow up orders and payments as well as keeping your clients updated with new products.
- Assist Senior Account Managers at leading UK Trade Shows and Key customer meetings.
- Understanding of the sales process. Order processing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Evidence of excellent customer service skills
- Efficient in MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, and basic Power Point

- Hours: 9 - 5.30pm mix of home/office working. Additional flexibility may be required when assisting your USA clients. _
