Sales Administrator

**Salary**: Up to £23,000 based on experience

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Full-Time

Contract type: Permanent

What you'll do

Key areas of responsibility will be:
*Responsible for setting up Sales Orders ready for Operational fulfilment. This includes: Amending Quotations / Creating Projects & Individual Orders, Credits and Proformas / Maintaining the data to reflect changes in requirements, pricing & specification.
*Responsible for the Company's Document Management System: This includes: Scanning & Indexing all Customer documentation to respective folder / Retrieving specific documentation as and when requested.
*Accountable for Customer order data being accurate from Order placed through to Invoice production.
*Carry out other administrative & clerical duties for the Company as and when required. This includes Data retrieval & analysis, filing, copying, printing, scanning and the Post process.

*Excellent attention to detail - high accuracy when proof reading documents & handling orders to ensure all information is correct.
*Strong organizational skills to balance various requirements & ensure tasks are followed through from start to finish.
*Excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Word & Excel with the ability to quickly pick up & learn new systems or processes.
*Able to work under pressure when a deadline is in place to ensure we can provide an excellent service to our customers.
*Strong communication skills to internal colleagues to ensure they are kept up to date with progress or made aware when processes change.
