**Job description**

I am looking for a team player who can work to an excellent standard to support the sales team and our client partners. You will need to be confident in building relationships with our channel partners and ensure that all needs are met and in line with SLAs. You will be supporting a sales team who provide account management to existing channel partners whilst also continuously prospecting for new client partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow. This role is best suited to a confident and ambitious individual looking for a starting point in sales, where the right person will be supported to develop their sales skills with the opportunity to progress onto a sales manager role.

**Responsibilities**:
Following your training, your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out broadband availability checks
- Quoting for lease lines, mobile sims and hosted phone systems and following up
- Assisting partners to complete customer order forms.
- Validating orders including credit checking
- Updating the internal CRM and ticket-management systems
- Updating pricing on the partner portal
- Filtering inbound leads
- Taking inbound calls from clients
- Supporting the wider team by fielding customer service calls when necessary
- Following up on website clicks
- Participating in monthly sales department meetings
- Attending supplier meetings
- Maintaining accurate records of activity as requested by the Sales Director

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
