**Role overview**:
You will be at the heart of the business performing a wide range of roles such as:
- Liaising with the management team to ensure essential business tasks are carried out in a timely manner
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (business processes)
- Management of various team and company projects
- Organisation of team meetings and company events
- Gathering data for company reporting
- Management and issuing of customer contracts
- Creation and maintenance of products on the company website
**Skills/Experience Required**:
- Previous experience in setting up and maintaining office processes
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Problem solving, can do attitude, getting things done and seeing jobs and projects through to completion.
