**£31,097 - £32,553 Pro Rota to 17.5 hours per week**

**Shifts: 2 Full days and 1 half day, specific days to be agreed**

They are looking for an energetic individual that can join their team as a Neighbourhood Officer to carry out tenancy management on their estates, regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure that accurate records are maintained and actions aretaken to deal with issues. They are looking for an individual that is highly organised and has high attention to detail to carry out your day to day duties. You will be part of an exciting and talented team maintaining a high profile on their estates thereforeyou will need to have commitment, energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to ensure individual tenants receive excellent housing and tenancy management services.

**More about the role of a Neighbourhood Officer**

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Carry out and monitor regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues.
- Manage tenancies related to housing services residents in accordance with policies, procedures and targets.
- Be the point of contact to resolve and investigate complaints by residents, providing advice and guidance to resolve issues.
- Investigating anti-social behaviour related allegations within their Neighbourhoods, providing advice and guidance to residents, with support from your, Area Manager and the Anti-social Behaviour Managers to ensure appropriate action is taken to tackleissues.
- Ensuring that IT systems are regularly updated and effective manual record systems are maintained.
- Attend and represent our client at court, external meetings, case conferences, forums and evictions
- Ensuring that the tenancy management objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Be responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaising with our client's Operational Teams, residents, local authorities and 3rd party providers as required.
- Work with diverse tenants who require extra support and refer them to appropriate support services

**More about you**:

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
- **Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle for work use is essential**
- Experience of problem solving for customers and understanding customer needs
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of working with vulnerable people and community groups
- Knowledge of housing law and housing management issues, welfare benefits and financial inclusion is desirable
