We are looking for a Workplace Facilities Coordinator, to be the customer facing representative for our services and to bind together the various facilities services to act as one convenient point of contact to the building user. The purpose of the role is to enhance the customer experience by building and maintaining an excellent relationship with the occupants and exceeding their expectations daily.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will set consistently high standards across your allocated area and share best practice with the rest of the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of the customer and exceeds them wherever possible.
Main task will be the delivery of all the tasks outlined above and have hands on involvement in most issues relating to operation of a commercial office environment.

Additional information
This role profile is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake. It may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances, and you may be required to be flexible and perform other duties as required by your manager. It does not form part of your contract of employment.
To continuously monitor the ‘live' condition of the demised the Client's area and work proactively to address identified issues.

Any building fabric, environment or to be cleaned and cleared as per the requirements of the facility.
Liaise daily/regularly with the workplace team on issue resolution and pro-actively manage customer expectation
Ensure an efficient cleaning regime is delivered during the day, with scheduled routines in place to clean and clear staff and client areas as and when required
Assist in resetting meeting rooms or multi-function rooms following use, white boards/glass boards are clean and clear
Assist WPC team in ensuring photocopier areas are continuously replenished, and the area kept tidy, organised and always available.
Ensure a high level of cleaning standard to the floor areas paying particular attention to cleanliness of all work surfaces including tea point areas.
Control the flow of waste from the floor including confidential waste by regularly monitoring the receptacles provided and clearing before they become full. Liaise with the necessary facility provider in good time.
Maintain relationships with key customers on site, advise of any issues to manager in the first instance.
Assist with Health and Safety compliance; highlighting the near miss or health and safety issues to the Workplace Services Manager as required
Ensure compliance with all the Client's ISO accreditations.
Adhere to contractual KPI and SLA's and office SOP's.
Training attendance must be complied with when required
