Job Summary
- Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Marketing Executive located in Blackburn. This role is a hybrid role.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support with maintaining the brand’s internal and external communication strategy, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and success via all traditional and digital marketing channels. Being part of a small team, you will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and manage your time effectively.

What a typical day looks like:

- Support with the internal marketing strategy for all Anord Mardix sites.
- Ensure our corporate identity is instilled throughout all marketing material.
- Analyse performance of marketing campaigns, compiling this data into monthly reports for the department, as well as undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Anord Mardix team to find and develop new sources of content.
- Support with the management and optimisation of the company website through WordPress and SEMRush.
- Identify opportunities to improve various communication channels and marketing efforts.
- Support with the company’s global events calendar and maximise on the opportunity to support the global sales team and engage with the industry.
- Support with any other duties as required by the Marketing Manager.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experienced in using WordPress and Google Analytics.
- Experience in creating digital marketing campaigns that convert the target audience.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills
- Creative, enthusiastic with a pro-active attitude and a keen eye for detail
- Experience or knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, SEMRush is desired.
- Valid UK driver’s license required.
- Experience or knowledge of B2B marketing is advantageous.
