Thanks to our continued success and ambitious growth targets, we are now seeking a Marketing Manager to help it on its exciting growth journey. This position has limitless potential and is an all-round marketing executive position encompassing creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities.

The ideal Marketing Manager will have 2 years marketing experience ideally within FMCG and have a wide range of experience, from creating marketing tools and materials to digital marketing and conducting marketing research. You will report directly to the Directors whilst working in collaboration with colleagues in the design team, operations and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns
- Prepare and write copy of marketing content for digital and printed media
- Social media planning - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin
- Help to increase traffic to company websites through a variety of methods
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Market research
- Attend trade and consumer shows, store sampling etc

This role is very varied and the above is a mere snapshot of the position. It will certainly suit someone who is looking to hit the ground running and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Bonus scheme
