**Assistant HR Business Partner**

**Location: Darlington**

We have a really exciting opportunity to join our HR Operations Team as the Assistant HR Business Partner, based in our Darlington office with UK wide travel.

The Assistant HR Business Partner will support the HRBP’s across the HR Operations function to deliver a professional and proactive HR service that fully supports the business objectives of the ReddeNorthgate Group.The role will act as the core businesssupport to the HRBP’s enabling them to leverage the services, systems and expertise of the broader Group HR function to deliver business outcomes.

You’re a self-starter and carry an unshakeable can-do attitude. You’re great at working on multiple projects from brief to completion, while instilling huge confidence in those you work with by being totally ‘on it’.

You’re ready to impress our leaders and their teams with your super sharp organisational skills andHR expertise and collaborating with colleagues is second nature.

This role will require travelling to sites across your area 2 to 3 days per week.

**About you**:

- You will have proven experience working in a HR role dealing with employee relations queries
- You will be ideally level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent, but consideration will be given to those with previous HR experience
- You will have strong influencing skills at all levels and ability to build effective relationships, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and deliver business outcomes as part of a team, taking ownership of issues and delivering successful outcomes.
- Analytical, systems and design thinking with an ability to measure impact of interventions across the business to identify return on investment and benefit realisation.
- Prepared to provide constructive challenge and able to deal straightforwardly and honestly with challenging situations
- Objectively analyse and evaluate multiple sources of evidence to create insight, identifying sources of bias, trends, themes and connections
- Knowledge of people development, recruitment and employee relations as well as current advances in people and culture change
- Proven ability to manage multiple timescales and deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
