We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Group HR Team, supporting our Branch Operations within our businesses by delivering a professional and proactive strategic HR service that fully supports their business objectivesand those of the wider ReddeNorthgate Group.

Working closely with the Fleet and Branch Operations Leadership team you will be responsible for delivering HR people plans and managing the day-to-day operational aspects of HR within your business area such as; Employee Relations, Performance Management,Absence Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Reward & Recognition in order to develop process and enhance manager capability.

You’ll be part of our wider HR team with customer service embedded at its core and a vision that together we are One HR and while you will primarily support Branch Operations, you will also contribute to the strategic development of the Group HR functionby delivering and implementing ad-hoc group wide projects.

**About you**:

- You have a pragmatic approach, with people at the heart of everything that you do, and your customer service ethos will guide you.
- You’ll have strong influencing skills and ability to build effective relationships, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You’ll have analytical, systems and design thinking with an ability to measure impact of interventions across the business to identify return on investment and benefit realisation.
- You’ll be prepared to provide constructive challenge and able to deal straightforwardly and honestly with challenging situations
- You’ll be adept at objectively analysing and evaluating multiple sources of evidence to create insight, identifying sources of bias, trends, themes and connections
- You’ll have demonstrable experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition and talent development, delivering people strategies and implementing action plans
- With proven knowledge of people development, recruitment and employee relations, you’ll be able to demonstrate current advances in people and culture change
- Preferably a Chartered Member of Institute of Personnel & Development.
