**Reports to**: Head of Operations

As the CRM Specialist for AVASK your role is to ensure the software system is utilised correctly and that business data integrity is maintained. A good understanding of all the business processes is required. Ensuring effective liaison with all key stakeholders is critical, namely senior management, all CRM Users and the CRM software developers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Process development**
- Define requirements with key stakeholders for system configuration.
- Test configured system pre implementation.
- Working with Software development to integrate with other systems.
- Provide feedback and insight for ongoing system improvement.

**Implementation**
- Ensure controls are in place to maintain data integrity.
- Create user guides for new feature implementation and update existing where system changes are made.
- Train users on data cleanliness, internal processes, and new features.

**Data integrity**
- Audit data for cleanliness and process improvements.
- Ensure data is entered correctly across Leads, Accounts, Opportunities etc.
- Identify and correct errors made by system users communicate errors made in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Report on improper system usage to senior management.

**Internal audit**
- Audit users to ensure the system is being used correctly.
- Check that all Leads, Opportunities and Amendments are processed in a timely manner.
- Query investigation where required across Departments.
- Provide reporting and analysis of CRM.

**Training and Support**
- Ongoing refresher training and training of new staff.
- Provide initial helpdesk support for users.
- Refer system issues to the CRM developer where required and monitor to resolution.

**Essential skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Degree in Business or Information technology.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and business administration.
- Knowledge of CRM systems. (knowledge of SUGAR and/or ZOHO CRM an advantage).
- Strong project management, data management and training & support skills.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
