Reward Manager

**Peabody**has an exciting opportunity for a **Reward Manager **on a **full time, permanent** basisat our Westminster Bridge Road Office in **London.** In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£65,000 per annum.**
As our **Reward Manager**, you will be a key figure in the team, and responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the group reward strategy, ensuring alignment with the business and people strategy, driving business performance andengagement of talent. You will also operate as a trusted and influential advisor to leaders, managers, and HR teams on all areas of reward, including activity in relation to the annual reward cycle and project activity.
This role will require a minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office.
**What we're looking for in our Reward Manager**:
- Previous experience in Reward commensurate with this level of role, across multi geographies is advantageous
- Sound knowledge of reward practices and principles gained over time
- Strong analytical and excel skills, working with high volumes of data from various sources including HR systems
- Confident with the ability to influence and positively challenge
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact and influence up to senior executive level
**What you can expect to be doing as our Reward Manager**:
- Supporting the implementation and refinement of Peabody’s reward approach, building an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of reward across the business
- Working alongside the Head of Talent & Reward leading Reward projects to intended quality, time and budget
- Actively supporting Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) agenda and ensuring reward activity is aligned
- Providing in-depth technical expertise in all areas of benchmarking and operating all aspects of compensation
- Implementing and developing incentive management including annual, long-term incentive plans and commission-based arrangements for sales areas
- Successfully delivering the annual reward cycle and year-end activity (salary review, bonus process, share incentive plan processes)
- Working directly with the benefits providers to manage and deliver annual benefit renewals, assessments, and enhancements improving employee satisfaction
- Working with a range of providers to ensure that assignments are successfully instigated, managed, and concluded.
- Providing insight, analysis, and recommendations for the Board and the Leadership team
