An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Rybrook as a Service Support Advisor at our Preston Volvo Centre.. Rybrook prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times and is seeking an apprentice to join their team.

**Job Role**:

- Take incoming calls and return any messages
- Quoting for Service Plans
- Job card preparation including customer pre-calls
- Follow Up calls
- Service notifications and filing
- Holiday / lunchtime cover for front desk

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of administration
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and use initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work well within a team
- Computer Literacy with proficiency in MS Office, in particular Word and Outlook with Excel also being desirable
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude

**Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profits.
- Ensure that all customer requests and queries are acknowledged and dealt with or forwarded to an appropriate person promptly.
- Proactively take action where appropriate to improve the customer experience.
- Introduce any new customers to other departments as appropriate.

**Salary**: Up to £28,960.00 per year
