We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. We are eager to welcome someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a supportive environment.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience working in a customer service role from working in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality and travel, amongst other customer-focused environments, part or full time.
- The ability to have conversations with customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner, most importantly, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service at a time when they need it most.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.
- Making and receiving calls from existing customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer databases.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

**At a minimum you should have**:

- A positive attitude and a can-do spirit
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a wide range of people
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) together with attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to see through complicated situations and able to be creative in your approach to problem solving
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- The ability to Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience
