**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a positive and customer-focused individual to join our busy team as a Customer Service Advisor. You will have previous experience working in a customer service role from working in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality and travel, amongst other customer-focused environments, part or full time. The focus will be your ability to have conversations with customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner, most importantly, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service at a time when they need it most.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.
The role is full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- The ability to Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience
**What we're looking for**:

- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) together with attention to detail are essential for this role.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
