**About the role**:
To support Claire House and the People Services Team with triaging all queries and managing end to end the non-complex people processes. Provide support to the People Partner with the delivery of our in-house training. In this role, you will:

- Have strong communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to develop good working relationships across the charity
- Support the Operational People Partner and take ownership of non-complex people cases
- Support with ongoing recruitment campaigns
- Support with any learning and development initiatives and facilitate any standard training
- Provide administration support in the absence of the People Administrator
- Support managers in the preparation of job descriptions, interview questions, selection and evaluation techniques
- Support the Lead People Partner with the implementation of People Strategy initiatives
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Operational People Partner and take ownership of people cases under the direction of the People Partner
- Support the TA and L&D People Partner with any ongoing recruitment campaigns
- Support the TA and L&D People Partner with any learning and development initiatives, facilitate any standard training
- Act as a 1

point of contact for any general people questions
- Providing administration support in the absence of the People Administrator
- Support Managers in the preparation of job descriptions, interview questions, selection and evaluation techniques
- Support the Lead People Partner with the implementation of any People Strategy initiatives
**Knowledge and experience**:

- Experience within HR with evidence of relevant training such as a CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification
- A good understanding of HR/People processes and policies, including applicable employment laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
