We are currently recruiting for a People Advisor to join our established and experienced HR team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
**Your role**

This job involves providing support to leaders in the effective management of their people. You will spend the majority of your time providing advice, guidance and support to business leaders in the UK.

You will also support the resolution of issues through direct contact with employees in relation to employee relations and policy issues where this can’t be resolved by HR Services or the employee’s leader.

You will work with the wider People Relationship Team and Strategic Business Partners to ensure timely and appropriate resolution or escalation of cases/People issues.

You will use your coaching, relationship building and problem-solving skills to ensure the effective resolution of issues and delivery of people interventions in line with business objectives.

You will have a proven experience of delivering a customer-focused service to leaders across the business through building effective working relationships and delivering on commitments.
