This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious people professional to join Mobilise in the role of People Advisor. Mobilise is a rapidly growing cloud services business (circa 50 permanent employees, with strong growth plans).

Mobilise enables transformation using public cloud and AI services and our aim is to be the best cloud transformation and digital services partner, something we can only achieve with the right people.

Working amongst a highly innovative and dynamic team, the role will work closely with the Head of People, to continuously improve the business, through a clear and effective People Roadmap.

This role is predominantly remote - however you must have a willingness to attend one of our offices in Reading or Cardiff, as required (usually once per month)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures effectively
- Manage, arrange, and enhance the onboarding and induction structure for new colleagues, including DBS checks and legal working status
- Maintain regular training needs analysis and support with developing learning and development pathways, for all colleagues, in conjunction with department heads
- Support the Head of People in developing a great employee value proposition
- Support the Head of People in developing an exceptional reward and recognition program
- Support the Head of People to continuously review, implement, and develop value add policies and procedures - including our Colleague Handbook
- Advise on pay and other remuneration, including promotion and benefits (benefits statements)
- Maintain and enhance the utilisation of our people management platforms
- First point of contact for ER related matters
- Develop initiatives that support Corporate Social Responsibility, Health and Well-being and Equality and Diversity

**Essential Experience**:

- CIPD level 5 or willing to work towards
- 2 years + HR generalist experience
- Good employment law understanding - theoretical and in practice
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment

**Desirable experience**:

- Experience working in a fast growth SME
- Payroll experience would be beneficial
- Experience working in a Tech organisation would be advantageous
- Degree educated in a people related field
