They are currently on the look-out for a number of Full-time Inbound Call Centre Adviser's to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
As a Call Centre Advisor you will provide 1st class customer service on every call with and demonstrate company values consistently.

Sociable working hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Base rate of £9.50
Bank Holidays (optional) paid at double time
Easily achievable Up-Selling bonus available
40% discount on all products

Day to Day Duties

As an Inbound Call Centre Advisor your day to day duties will include the following;
- Inbound customer service calls regarding a range of products
- Queries regarding faults or damage
- Booking appointments
- Processing orders
- Updating customer details or changing delivery details
- Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve customer queries or product faults
- Advertising products/services on offer.

Essential Skills

To be successful in the role of Call Centre Advisor following skills are essential:

- Passion for customer service
- Excellent timekeeper

Desirable Experience
- Experience with cross-selling and up-selling would be advantageous

What training is provided?

4 weeks full time, on site training, followed by ongoing side by side support.
