- **Problem Solving**: Address customer concerns effectively, offering appropriate resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- **Data Management**: Accurately log and update customer information in our database, ensuring all interactions are recorded.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to empathize and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- No prior experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
