Working at the company's site in the Liverpool city centre, you will be an excellent communicator and have previous experience managing training and knowledge management. This is a very customer focused role that requires you to be a very self motivated and goal driven individual.

**Key responsibilities in this role will include**:
Coaching, developing and leading classroom and remote training provided customer service advisors with product knowledge, call handling skills, customer service/sales skills as well as campaign processes.
Build and promote a positive work culture.
Develop and update training packages.
Ensure that training materials comply with of all the company's policies and quality standards.
Proactively providing solutions that enhance and improve service delivery.
Designing training material for online purposes.

A background within training and coaching ideally within a contact centre.
Have previous experience of working in a fast-paced high performance culture.
Be self-motivated and be very goal driven.
Ability to work under pressure towards deadlines.
Ability to make decisions and change the influence of others.
Open/Outgoing attitude, willingness to learn new things.
It would be expected that you are fully flexible to work both at home and from the office and be expected to work at other locations from time to time.
