**Training for this role is 2 weeks and requires no holidays to be taken during that time**

- 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 No Weekends
- 25 days holidays per year (Holidays run January - December)

Day to day duties will be:

- Handling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly, personalised and professional manner resolving queries Right First Time.
- Booking appointments and responding to customer requirements
- As a blended agent, interact with the customer across all channels
- Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time
- Advising customers on the best services available
- Providing a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
- Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
- Identify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents or trends
- Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated role within a contact or call centre / office environment.
- Worked towards specific KPI and call related targets in previous roles.
- Due to training unless mentioned at interview you are unable to take any holidays within the first 6 weeks of this role.
