Limited is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our online retail presence across various platforms. You will collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and assist in managing product listings, updating website content, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in the e-commerce industry and contribute to the success of a renowned multinational electronics company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the eCommerce Manager in collating data and analysing trading performance.
- Manage product listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to optimize product visibility, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Send stock requests to ensure we have adequate stock to hit sales targets.
- Manage website collections and navigation.
- Daily 'walkthroughs' of Casio & G-SHOCK websites to ensure immaculate presentation and UX testing website functionality.
- Analyse and report on website and sales performance using various analytics tools.
- Ensure targets are uploaded on the database so sales information shows correctly on dashboard.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- To identify and fix issues that arise with the website. Raise and manage support tickets for our development agency for more technical support.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Conducting research to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging e-commerce technologies in order to improve website performance.

**Requirements**:

- Understand, show passion for, and represent the Casio brands.
- 1+ years' experience of working in an ecommerce environment or similar and within an established brand. Ecommerce CMS experience is essential (Magento experience is highly desirable)
- Self-motivated & collaborative team player with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Comfortable working towards regular deadlines and meeting them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate at all stakeholder levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and GA4 will be highly advantageous.
- Computer literate and some understanding of basic web technologies (browsers, basic HTML, basic CSS etc).
- Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving processes.
- Passion for e-commerce trends and industry developments.
- Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges.
