We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team and collaborate closely with the Amazon Lead and eCommerce Manager. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, supporting daily operations for Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and maintain stock levels, assist with restocking, and ensure accurate inventory control to meet wholesale and retail needs.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling and optimal storage within the warehouse.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, utilizing mechanical knowledge for maximum efficiency.
- **Warehouse Management Systems**: Utilize **Linnworks Inventory Management System** to track inventory movements, order processing, and data management.
- **Data Entry & Retrieval**: Ensure smooth and accurate data handling through **Linnworks** to support inventory control and reporting.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the Amazon Lead, eCommerce Manager, and warehouse team to streamline logistics, meet customer demands, and optimize daily processes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Order Accuracy**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and processing orders.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks safely and efficiently.
- **Inventory Control**: Understanding of stock management and warehousing processes, with prior experience preferred.
- **Mechanical Knowledge**: Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience using **Linnworks or other Warehouse Management Systems** to track and manage inventory.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for smooth collaboration within the team and across departments.

Pay: £22,880.00-£31,971.15 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
