We are currently partnered with the UK's No.1 health and nutrition business. They're looking for a new Ecommerce Assistant to join their team. Within this role you'll be part of a new look digital and ecommerce team. The team has grown from 8 to 14 in thelast 6 months as they move to a real digital first operation. Ecommerce is a key strategic priority for our business and we are looking for someone to support the ecommerce team during a period of rapid growth.

The role comes with hybrid working with 2 days from home per week. The rest will be based out of the HQ in Wembley.

**Key Tasks**:

- Manage a range of customer issues - from processing returns and refunds to responding to general customer enquiries - through to resolution
- Reply to customer reviews on Trustpilot and questions on Amazon

**Essential**:

- 1+ years' experience in a customer service role, ideally working for an ecommerce business
- Experience in using CMS platforms - Shopify experience highly desirable
- Highly-organised with a strong attention to detail
- A self-starter - proactive, well-organised and able to manage your own workload
- Experience briefing designers to produce creative digital assets
- Foundational knowledge of SEO best-practices
- Good copywriting and editing skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Growth-minded - always looking to learn and improve
- Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and ownership
- Experience using Google Analytics desirable
