Are you a Reward Analyst within Hospitality or Retail and looking for that next step to Reward Partner level?

Our client is re-shaping the Reward structure to align it to the needs of this growing service led business. As a result they have created a new Reward Partner role to add to a team of five. The role will provide specialist Reward knowledge, insight, andexpertise to support the delivery of the overall business plan and Reward strategy, as part of the People Plan. Key deliverables are around design, implementation and managing Reward structures, benefits and pay frameworks including bonus and incentive plansalong with cyclical Reward activities to help the team deliver performance and efficiencies whilst remaining safe and secure with legal compliance. You will also support the team around both hard and soft benefits to aid with key initiatives around retentionand growth and the value lifecycle of the whole group's employees.

**Key Skills**:

- Requires strong, wide ranging Reward knowledge likely acquired from working in more than two businesses, ideally in hospitality or retail, and covering from volume, multi-incumbent level roles up to senior management level.
- Requires broad, practical, hands-on, tactical Reward delivery experience across compensation and benefits and both BAU activities and projects, along with exposure to tackling external and internal Reward related challenges.
- Requires strong relationship building skills and ability to manage stakeholders across key departments such as: Payroll, Finance, HR Policy, Talent Acquisition and Development, People Partners etc
- Requires sound understanding of external Reward and employment markets and pressures.
- Strong analytical and scenario modelling skills and ability to interpret data and translate into meaningful information for others.
- Job evaluation skills - Willis Towers Watson methodology preferred
- Ability to stakeholder manage and present at Senior Leadership Team level
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Problem solving skills where issues may be complex.
- Ideally CIPD or other Reward qualification
- Advanced Excel skills - vlookups, nested ifs, match and index, pivot tables etc
- Strong skills in other Microsoft packages such as Word and PowerPoint
