We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to join our HR function here at Hastings Direct.
We operate a hybrid working model and are flexible on location providing you are within a commutable distance of one of our Bexhill, Leicester or London offices.
**About the role**:
Through building effective relationships with stakeholders, this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the reward offering and annual reward processes.
**Your remit will include**;
- Ensuring our overall reward and benefits offering remains relevant, competitive, fit for purpose and reflects the needs of the business, recommending and driving changes where appropriate
- Supporting ad hoc reward projects that feed into our People strategy
- Leading the annual pay and bonus cycle, ensuring that areas of responsibility, including effective salary benchmarking and relevant data analysis and research are completed provided to execute this effectively
- Managing the annual benefits election process in line with required timetables
- Supporting the executive remuneration agenda, ensuring the business is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements,
- Managing and oversee the benchmarking and market data framework in partnership with the relevant HR and business areas, taking into account the broader Organisation Design.
- Responsibility for HR year end reporting, including input into annual statutory reports, gender pay gap, and other reporting requirements
- Undertake additional discreet projects providing input to the Reward strategy as required
- Keep abreast of market trends via networking and other means
