**The Role**
A varied and versatile team, we deliver a number of key business functions, including Employee Relations, Reward, Learning and Development and Resourcing. We make sure mydentist attracts, retains, and develops the very best talent in the dental market. People who share our purpose, live our values, and are as restlessly ambitious as we are.
This person will be promoting our Employee Brand across the region supporting and influencing operational teams. Required to improve engagement and performance of regional sourcing activity and be a trusted advisor to the regional management team. Another key focus will be creating and maintaining a regional recruitment and resourcing plan to inform of activity and key priorities in the area. Working closely with onboarding to ensure that new clinicians coming into the business start efficiently and positively.
The role requires travel throughout the South East region, visiting practices, and attending meetings on behalf of resourcing for the region, the role requires a good working relationship with Practice Managers, Area Managers, and the Director of Region.
**Duties**:
- Lead and manage the regional Service Delivery team directing talent acquisition activity based on operational priorities, ensuring effective communication to stakeholders on sourcing activity
- Engage with colleagues from the wider resourcing function such as early careers and overseas in order to support the resourcing agenda
- Work closely with colleagues in marketing and the clinical team
- Promote our Employer Brand across the region and educate, support, and influence operational management and clinical colleagues to do the same
- Improve engagement and performance of regional sourcing activity such as Employee Referrals/ Social Media Promotion
- Trusted advisor to the regional management team, driving the resourcing agenda and supporting the delivery of the business plan
- Educate and brief the regional management team on the implementation of Resourcing projects and the right tools and procedures, driving standards and consistency
- Create and maintain the regional recruitment plans to inform activity and areas of focus
- Facilitate Clinical internal movers to ensure retention within the business
- Manage the regional Clinical mentor capacity and mentee utilisation and succession
- Educate regional management and Clinical teams on the importance of promoting the employer brand via social media, LinkedIn and Facebook and monitor their engagement
- Encourage social media reviews on Indeed, Glassdoor, and Facebook
- Project support contributing operational/regional insight and implementing consistently and effectively to the plan
- Championing Resourcing policies, procedures and tools, delivering consistent messages
- Adherence to corporate plans, acting as Resourcing gatekeepers
**Sounds great, what skills will I need?**
- Proven experience in resourcing in a sector with a very scarce labour market and onerous onboarding requirements
- Understands resourcing metrics and use insight to influence stakeholders
- Experience gained in a regional role in a fast-paced multisite organisation (desired)
- Proven experience in influencing middle and senior managers (desired)
- Experience in driving change and coaching managers
- Can demonstrate professional credibility and articulate communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Employment law knowledge in relation to resourcing practice
- Able to review and understand data
- Attention to detail
- A flexible approach and ability to adapt to change
- Strong focus on service delivery
- HR/Recruitment qualification (desired)
- Previous line management experience (desired)
